Some particular requests can lead to very specific studies because of their conception and their singularity. Each case is unique and must be the object of a preliminary study of feasibility.
Here are some examples of my activities:
Structure drawings for the accomplishment of the main deck and superstructures on a barge (85 m long, 950 tons) meant to be used on a floating restaurant (Le Paquebot, Paris 1997).
Installation of welded steel structures: 250 tons and ballasting 230 tons.
Lenghtening of a sailing boat in France and in the USA 1998 (shipyards: CDK La Forêt Fouesnant and Derektor in Fort Lauderdale, initial length 24m and final length 29m); modification of hull shape, making of the interior works, making of the mould and of the hull structue, connection of the various networks, hydrostatic and stability calculations, general process and supervision of the works and acceptance.
Lenghtening of tuna boats (shipyard Sailing Concept, La Ciotat France 2004 and 2005); lenghtening of the stern, building of ramps and skiff.
Supervision and general organization of the works.
Improvement in the conception of the energetic production on board the maxi-catamaran Orange II, calculations of the gas-oil consumption, optimization of the working conditions of the alternators, calculation of the solar panels energy contribution, technical proposals, research for various suppliers and materials, supervision and trials.
Conception, drawing and equipment of Stephan Peyron transoceanic sailbord, assistance and meteorological routing during his singlehanded North Atlantic crossing New York-La Rochelle in 1987.

Supervision of various boats being built, checking that they are in conformity with the specifications and the purchase contract, visit accounts including photographic documents, advice, sea trials and final acceptance.
